A clear status

As required by law, your status will be that of an employee and you will not be able to claim self-employed status. Fiscal regulations are clear: a person who is employed as a replacement worker — whether with an agency or not — cannot claim the status of being self-employed. Acting otherwise would be against the law and run the risk of receiving an assessment from the Ministry of Revenue, and this, retroactively.

However, a professional who so wishes may limit themselves exclusively to serving our private customers, and seeing the latter in our offices.

Indisputable benefits

  • We take care of your professional liability insurance coverage.
  • You are insured in the event that you are the victim of a work accident.
  • We pay all the dues of the employer.

Careplus recognizes its top performing employees

Every year, Careplus organizes a Gala recognition evening during which awards of merit are presented to the Employee of the Year and the Recruit of the Year. In addition, the Administration Employee of the Year is given the Monique Tremblay award to pay tribute to the excellence and thoroughness of their work. Likewise, at this exclusive evening, employees with five and ten years of service with the company are also the subject of a very special form of recognition.

A matter of balance

When one chooses to become a psychologist, social worker, speech therapist, neuropsychologist, resource teacher, psychoeducator, one will usually do it out of passion. Helping others, being a companion, fostering growth are what motivates people who choose to do good.

Sometimes, the requirements of these different milieus in which one practices creates tension between one's personal and professional life. Seeing your own children grow, taking vacations as a family, fashioning projects together as a couple are also important. We have understood this.

Careplus can offer you a new work-life balance that bears your life choices in mind.
