The Dangers of the Flu in 2025

Those who’ve had the flu before won’t forget it.

Suddenly, an overwhelming fatigue takes over your whole body — as if you were hit by a truck. Body aches, headaches, fever, chills, coughing… That’s the real flu: the kind that knocks you out and keeps you in bed for at least a week.

In some cases, complications can lead to pneumonia or even hospitalization.

Servirplus offers seasonal flu vaccination campaigns in the workplace and at home for individuals — an effective way to prevent the flu.

Did you know?

Workplace Flu Vaccination

Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent the flu and reduce the risk of complications.

Souvent jusqu’à 70% des gens en bonne santé qui se font vacciner contre la grippe ne l’attrapent pas.

The flu shot doesn’t give you the flu, if you get sick afterward, it’s because the virus was already incubating in your system.

Recevoir le vaccin chaque année ne crée pas d’accoutumance.

Le vaccin vous protégera contre les formes les plus virulentes de la grippe, mais pas contre le rhume et la Covid-19.

Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent the flu and reduce the risk of complications.

Did you know? Up to 70% of healthy people who get vaccinated against the flu stay flu-free.

The flu shot doesn’t give you the flu — if you get sick afterward, it’s because the virus was already incubating in your system.

Getting the flu shot every year does not create dependence or make your body “used to it.”

The flu shot protects you against the most severe strains of the flu, but not against the common cold or COVID-19.

Other Vaccines Offered

Our nurses travel to workplaces to vaccinate employees who wish to receive the vaccine.

This preventive measure helps reduce absenteeism related to these conditions.
